How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Express options are shown at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account and open Orders to see live status and tracking. We also email you a tracking link once the carrier picks up your parcel. See Orders & shipping for details.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Some categories have exceptions, which are noted on the product page. Read the full returns & refunds guide.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional few days to post the credit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. All payments are processed over a secure, encrypted connection.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, the address can no longer be changed.
