Track your order

Sign in and open Account → Orders to see real-time status. As soon as a parcel is handed to the carrier, we email you a tracking link. Status moves through these stages:

Shipping times & costs

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery:

Exact options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address. Many orders qualify for free standard shipping above a minimum value.

Change or cancel an order

Orders move to our warehouse quickly. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually help before the parcel ships.
  1. Go to Orders and open the order you want to change.
  2. If you see a Cancel or Edit button, the order hasn’t shipped and you can adjust it.
  3. If those options aren’t available, contact support and we’ll do our best.

Missing or delayed parcel

If tracking hasn’t updated for several days or the delivery date has passed, check with neighbours and your local pickup point first, then reach out to us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
