Our return policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re in their original condition and packaging. A few categories — such as personalised items, perishables, and final-sale products — can’t be returned; this is always noted on the product page.

How to start a return

  1. Sign in and go to Account → Orders.
  2. Open the order and select Return or replace items.
  3. Choose the items, tell us the reason, and pick a refund or exchange.
  4. Print the prepaid label (where offered) and drop the parcel off.
Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed — it’s your proof that the parcel is on its way back to us.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong item

We’re sorry if something arrived less than perfect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund right away — no need to wait for a standard return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If stock is limited, start a return and choose Exchange so we can reserve the replacement for you.
