Getting started with SanerDirect
Welcome! This guide walks you through everything you need to set up your account and place your first order with confidence.
1. Create your account
- Go to www.sanerdirect.com and select Sign up in the top-right corner.
- Enter your email address and choose a strong password.
- Confirm your email by clicking the link we send you — and you’re in.
Tip: Signing in lets you track orders, save addresses, and start returns in a couple of clicks.
2. Set up your profile
From Account → Profile you can add your shipping addresses, preferred payment method, and notification preferences. Saving these once makes future checkouts much faster.
3. Place your first order
- Browse or search for a product and select Add to cart.
- Open your cart, review the items, and choose Checkout.
- Confirm your shipping address and payment method, then place the order.
- You’ll get an order confirmation by email right away.
4. Track everything in one place
Your Orders page shows live status for every purchase, with tracking links once items ship. Learn more in Orders & shipping.
