Reset your password
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
- Enter the email on your account and submit.
- Open the reset link we email you and choose a new password.
Didn’t get the email? Check your spam folder and confirm you used the same address you signed up with. The link expires after 60 minutes for your security.
Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. To add or remove a card, go to Account → Payment methods. Your full card number is never stored on our servers.
Invoices & receipts
A receipt is emailed for every order. You can also download a PDF invoice anytime from Account → Orders by opening an order and selecting Download invoice.
Update your details
Change your name, email, addresses, and notification preferences under Account → Profile. Changing your sign-in email requires confirming the new address.
Keep your account secure
- Use a unique, strong password you don’t reuse elsewhere.
- Be wary of emails asking for your password — we’ll never request it.
- Sign out on shared devices.
Close your account
If you’d like to close your account, contact support and we’ll guide you through it and confirm how your data is handled.
